• Assisted Living One Bedrooms   $4100

• Assisted Living Studio Apartments   $3700

• Memory Care Studio Apartments   $4400  (memory care is all inclusive)


SERVICES AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST

• Pendant System   One-time fee $75 for device...$75/mo

• Cable   $25/mo (extra services can be added but will be billed separately by the cable company)   

• Assisted Living Second Person Fee   $1200

• Assisted Living Tier 2 Services   $400/person (includes hoyer lift, catheter and/or ostomy care, see admin for details)


The van is available for resident personal and/or medical use at a fee (please see admin for details). All activities provided and use of van in relation to activities is at no extra charge.

Any beauty shop charges and/or personal item charges will be added to your monthly bill.
