Rachel Bartlett has been working with the elderly and disabled for the past 15 years and is the co-founder and partner of a dual adult foster care licensed assisted living and memory care in Standish, MI. She is an LPN since 2009 and has been a Nurse Manager and Administrator for the past seven years. She has experience in operational management in a variety of eldercare settings and is an advocate and Co-Chair of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in her local community. She has a wealth of knowledge in program development and has designed curriculum for both the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator course and the Med Tech program using state approved training modules. Rachel finished her bachelor’s degree in Health Science, with a concentration in Administration, and is currently attending Michigan State University completing her Master’s in Management, Strategy, and Leadership.
